I understand I was scheduled for June 24 at 3:20pm
I ended in you’re Service department one day early.
June 23 rd at 3:00pm. Not until 3:30 it was that someone decided to walk up my car and assist me. I was told the time frame will be 1 hour and a half.
It was 5:14 untill a mechanic psychically drove my car from lot to a working station. I ended leaving by 5:45pm. This is unacceptable

Your service took over 3 hours to complete a B1 service on a vehicle that has only 8600. That didn't the 30 minutes I sat in line because I was there early. Same complaint about my first service no time management. That's **** customer service since you don't know that. How the hell are you receiving awards for service someone needs to look into that sounds like a bogus award. Steve Mondoza was the only strong point of an otherwise weak service dept. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE DEPT!
