Bad experience from the moment I got there. Made me wait and nobody would explain why everyone kept skipping me. I had to ask 3 times, up until the 3rd time someone finally told me” well you dont have an appointment , next time make an appointment “. He finally said write down what you are here for in this paper and leave, someone will call you. Very bad service. Regardless appointment or not I am still a paying customer.

I had an appointment with Bryan Ortiz, and requested him when I got to the dealership, but for some odd reason Ricardo Badillo was the rep for me. I'm sure he's a nice guy and he was when he serviced my car but he doesn't know me like Bryan does. When I have an appointment with a specific person I expect to have that specific person help me not some random rep that doesn't know my car.
