Customer service from Thanh Sabatier was great. I only have a couple of complaints. Making an appt is difficult. Your website is not user friendly to book an appt. There is service that can drop me off work while my car is being serviced. If I know during the pandemic there was no car wash service but we’re already fully opened so not sure why the pandemic is still being used as an excuse not to provide a car wash. Last but not least when my car is ready there’s no system of letting the rep know the customer is there. No receptionist or check in system. Usually I have to look for the rep or their busy so I’m just standing there in peoples way. For example today when I got off work and went to go pick up my car Thanh was busy with two other customers so I had to wait for him to pay and get my car key. I don’t mind waiting but not sure why if there’s one rep busy with 3 customers and there more than 10 reps there sitting at their computer, no one offers to help the customers that are waiting to pay and get their car.

I am always pleased, happy, and confident that that Bryan Ortiz is taking care of my family vehicles. I made the right choice some years back to approach him and have him work with me to service all my vehicles, and I have even suggested to every other Honda owner, "I know a guy at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos that can take great care of you. Bryan Ortiz. Request him." I commend and compliment Bryan each time he has completed the work on my car. I truly wish there was another approach for him and other Honda employees to get recognition for their fine and dedicated work. Perhaps a small comment and suggestion box. There is a lot of time spent in the guest waiting area as their vehicle is being worked on. Why not make this available? Additionally, I want to take the time to thank Laura in reception. She was great and amazing in answering a couple of my calls in trying to reach Bryan, and for one of them, she walked --let me make this clear: SHE WALKED OVER-- to hand Bryan a note that I was trying to reach him. Him being so busy, and my need to reach him immediately, his voicemail was not a better alternative. But Laura, on her own accord (no pun intended), decided to walk over a handwritten note to give to Bryan. I don't feel many others in her position would have been so willing and helpful to do such a thing. It truly meant a lot to me. As a solidified and complete statement, Bryan Ortiz is a great service person at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos (NRHC). His personal interactions and professionalism surpass all my expectations. I say this quite frankly: If Bryan Ortiz was no longer accessible, I feel NRHC would be doing a great and harmful disservice to their customers. I, for one, would be highly displeased and angered should this fine model of an employee were to no longer be found employed at NRHC. I have bragged about Bryan Ortiz to my friends and family. I want to continue bragging about him for a long time to come. But, I would also want his time, effort, and dedication to be acknowledged, recognized, and compensated for. His worth and value to the service department at NRHC is immeasurably high, and he should not be overlooked nor ignored for greater and proper pay, or compensation, for highly treasured and sought after guidance, direction, and service. His is beyond top notch in his field.
