Had to schedule a visit for 10am. Once scheduled I was told i wouldn't get an answer until later that day 3pm. Then I was told my car would not be ready until Monday before lunch. Then I received no answer and I called to only be told it wouldn't be ready to later that day at 3pm. Once I got frustrated I was told it would be ready by 1. I received the call at 12 to let me know it was done. Not sure why all the run around, but I will not be returning.

Even though I was satisfied with the service
I informed Ric that I will be waiting for my vehicle to be completed at the waiting area, he didn’t come to get me instead he called my phone which I didn’t have it with me at the time to inform me that my vehicle was ready. So, I was waiting 9am to 3:3pm. He called me at 11:30am to let me know it was read; he should have come to the waiting area to get me. So, the communication process may need some improvement.

I was able to resolve with the manager but definitely have felt the quality of your service decline over the last year. Julie was not personable and didn’t really follow up even though she was asked. My husband try calling her multiple times and calls were dropped. He asked for a total before work was going to get done and we never received it until the car was ready. What about if we didn’t have the money to pay for it. I bought my car with you folks back in 2008 along with getting service with you guys. My mom and my brother as well as multiple friends have bought or leased cars with you folks after I have referred them to you. If it weren’t for Victoria I believe the managers name was, I would have most likely not have returned. Last time I also had a bad experience after I waited over 1 hour in my car waiting for an associate to help me after having an appointment. I completely understand that staffing has been difficult but over booking and falling short in your customer service is what will cost you lots of business specially right now.
