I wasn’t offered the option to go with the service advisor I wanted. I wasn’t asked if I need a shuttle anywhere. Was offered a service before my vehicle was checked unlike other times when after they checked my car they let me know if I wanted the extra service. Not to mention I waited 15 min to be attended and I was the only car waiting to be talked to.

I have taken my car several times to get fixed and it continues to give me problems. This last time, it wasn't even a problem with the car, it was a problem with whoever worked on my car. Apparently they left loose bolts which caused my car to make weird noises only putting me in danger. I a beyond disappointed.
