I took my car to get serviced after 3 days of purchasing the car. I was a bit upset and nervous because I had just purchased the car and I trust Honda and their quality of work. I decided to purchase my next with them for that reason. So it was surprising that my new car had an issue. But after speaking to Bryman he explained the issue , he made sure it got fixed and he made sure I was happy with my new car. I appreciate the honesty and patience to explain the issue with the customer. This is the reason I always go to this location!

It was ok service being that I did NOTA HAVE an appointment. Steve was helpful however. I think I was over charged and I didn’t get a receipt l. I called back and finally got a rep on the line. She confirmed that he was supposed to give me a receipt and said she would have him call me. I have yet to receive a call.
