I was told that my service would take an hour, but it took two and a half hours. The service center closed while I was still in the waiting room; another staff member saw me waiting and got Aaron’s attention to retrieve my car. In addition, Aaron was not clear on telling me what I paid for. I also did not ever receive the results from the inspection on my vehicle.
