I was having an appointment for 12pm and i have to wait atleast 30mins just for the rep to address me while the other cars coming after me were addressed straightaway. The rep addressed me was a lady and here attitude was not good to me. When my car was finished servicing nobody informed me that the car was ready for pickup and i was waiting there the whole time. Really unsatisfactory. Will not come back again.
Julie Canales has exceptional customer service skills. I was afraid I was going to leave with one of the worst experiences of my life but her and the Honda team made it right. I can honestly say that the way she handled the whole situation restored my trust in Honda. Thank you Julie.
