I've been coming a long time and I was outraged when I got my car back. There was no fluid in for the wiper blades the attendant told me he was able to get the part for my recall that was intended for someone else. Im Very disappointed. Who knows what else happened that I've not seen. The attendant also never called me allday about my vehicle.

Julie never called me to discuss the outcome - she only sent a text. The courtesy of a phone call is appreciated especially when the service tech was not able to replicate the issue. I should have been given the opportunity to explain and discuss the issue. On arrival to pick up my car Julie didn’t even come out to complete the transaction / paperwork. She gave it to someone else to process. It feels like she doesn’t care about her job and is simply trying to dump the work on someone else.

Everything went well except the problem with communication. I hope the advisers would be more communicative esp through text messages when there's an issue brought up after car check-up. I replied that I wanted the issue fixed through text but I didn't hear back until I went over myself and asked if that was done before I pay and leave. That's all.

We have been going here for years and service has been getting worse. This is the 4th time they either don’t have the car wash available or plain have just forgotten. They did not give me a run down of what other services my car needed, i had to read the paper work to find out. Last time i told them i had work down at Downey Honda and they said they couldn’t look it up. When I visited Honda world they found out what was done at Norm Reeves Honda. This place is always busy so its hard to get appointments. I will no longer have my car serviced here.

From the get go Miguel kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle’s repair. He was kind enough to order my car rental because I had to leave my car. He’s awesome, professional and considerate!!! I had an issue with my Honda and the AC condenser in July 2020, it apparently was faulty and it was replaced. Fast forward to this year and I'm now having issues with no AC and I was told the evaporator is now leaking. Was told there was nothing they could do to assist in the sense this is now the 2nd issue with the Honda and to address this, it would cost me $1,900!!! I am extremely disappointed as this is a yet another manufacturer problem that I'm now having to deal with... I will be calling Honda first thing Monday morning to discuss this further and express my supreme disappointment.
