Not satisfied, disappointed! Came to Norm Reeves Honda with clicking noise in the engine Robert B. heard the noise before inspections on arrival. Once it went to maintenance technician to get diagnose inspection. Conclusion I basically were were told, due to the engine I have, it’s normal to hear clicking while changing gears. I totally disagreed my Honda was not making any noise the day of purchase. Problem could have been fixed if they would have taken the time out instead of excuses & what they think the reason is. With this being said it’s sounds like I have malfunction engine right? that wasn’t taken care of. Also Robert had me to sign paperwork on top of my car, no clipboard or anything disturbing, suspicious, unprofessional. I did not see any other customers treated this type of way while picking up their car. A day wasted at Honda Norm Reeves.

Steve was great!
However, the technicians may have been rushing with my tire inspection. My low tire pressure light came on hours later after service. Turns out one of my tires had too much air & I incurred a fee elsewhere to correct the minor mistake. Other than that, Cerritos Honda will continue to get my business. Many thanks !

At the end of the visit, Honda staff provided a piece of paper of your vehicle maintenance that use green, yellow and red color to determine at what level your car needs a maintenance of a specific thing. I did not like at all the service that I receive from your associate.

Yes, I was completely satisfied with the service at Norm Reeves Honda! Steve Mendoza helped to get my van checked in, even though his shift was about finished. The time it took for my vehicle to be assessed and a call back to me was less than the time estimated. The prognosis was better than expected. The battery I bought through Norm Reeves was actually pro-rated and replaced at no cost to me.
Having worked with Norm Reeves over the last several years (three vehicles), I was very satisfied with the service provided.
