I have warranty on my car and I asked if I could be provided what was covered i was told to see finance. I was quoted a wait time of 3 hours and at hour 4 no one came to speak with me or let me know it would be a longer service.

Employee was not helpful. He made a remark about my Dodgers nails and our baseball team’s being different and if my nails were different than he could’ve worked something out for me, for services I needed. After that remark, I asked approx how long the oil change should be and he said approx a couple hours but I should receive a text with the status of my vehicle. I received the text after I picked up my vehicle which I had to calll the service line to get an update on my vehicle an hour after I turned it in and was told it was ready, yet I wasn’t notified. And when I went to speak to Michael Barr, he was just sitting looking down at possibly his phone. He was not trying to be helpful whatever so ever. It was very disappointing after being a Norm Reeves Cerritos Honda memo since 2013. Don’t know if I’ll be returning for any additional services.

After spending $660.00 for maintenance while they replaced my fuel pump that was recalled, I was driving on the freeway and heard a noise from underneath my car that kept getting louder. I finally made it slowly to my destination in Culver City where I could examine underneath my car. It appears that something was not properly installed or fastened and is hanging down and dragging on the road.

I dropped my car off at 8:30 and it was not finished until the next day. They sent a text and when I clicked on it said they performed work that I didn’t approve. I never had a follow up call and called the main number twice. It was very disappointing spending a day waiting. I’ve never had that problem before.
