Took my vehicle in for the 7th time to Norm Reeves and made an appointment per my Case Manager’s recommendation from Honda America to diagnose and troubleshoot my sound issue that I have been trying to fix since purchasing the car in Dec 2020. I had to leave my cell phone and vehicle with the Service Department at 8:40 AM and did not get my vehicle and cell phone back until 3:00 PM. I gave instructions how to duplicate the issue that has been confirmed in my past visits. The notes when picking up my car that I had to sign said that there were no issues and defect could not be duplicated. I told my service advisor I disagreed with the findings but it was of course out of his control and I understand. Ramiro **** was my service advisor again and he has always been helpful and understanding of my issues and explained to me it is out of his hands but he is willing to keep trying. My biggest disagreement is that the technician said that they could not duplicate the issue and that any issue heard is my own fault due to playing the music too loud and/or burning the amp. How is that possible when I purchased the vehicle in December and noticed it right away. I tried to troubleshoot myself and thinking it was a setting that needed to be changed but as soon as I deduced it was an issue I brought it in later that same month (on record). My second disagreement is when I got back in my vehicle after my latest visit the volume was on 19 - 20 level which is way too loud. How can you hear and diagnose my sound issue where the sound fades if the volume is so high? I am able to duplicate the issue per my instructions every time and much more noticeable when the volume level is at 14 or below. I have sent captured videos of this issue happening multiple times during my past visits and yet there has been no official diagnosis. I have been to Norm Reeves Honda 7 times already and even escalated my issue to Honda corporate hence my case manager and case number of the issue but I feel like this past visit put me back a couple steps to finally fixing the issue. I will keep trying as enjoying my brand new truck will entail fixing the audio issues I am experiencing. I do want to add Ramiro **** and Joseph Vargas have been very helpful throughout my experiences. I am hoping Kevin Harris and Mike Velasquez who are managers I have been referred to can help me escalate the issue or allow me to duplicate the issue for them, but I also have video evidence that they may review as well.

1. Took over 4 hours to verify that safety recall part is not defective (part replacement not needed). 2. Request to receive text message when ready for vehicle pickup was accepted, but not performed. 3. Was given back the key for vehicle pickup, but have to ask for the park location. Then was told that the "vehicle is up front." Took some times to look everwhere up front, but did not find the vehicle. The vehicle was still in the back service area. (The customers should never have to ask where their vehicles park for pickup, just **** them there with a thank you smile). 4. Upselling services should be presented as a recommendation. Avoid the "scare tactic," it does not work for every customer.

Robert was helpful and the service was completed in the time-frame he provided today. However, it was our second day back to complete a service that should have been completed at yesterday's appointment. Better communication between Honda's sales, parts and service team might have avoided this issue.
