Just one thing they forgot to re-field the tank with water. To spray for my windshield. Other then that everything was excellent. Even when I schedule my appnt the rep suggested to leave my care a day before my appnt. I was able to pick it up the next day when the service was done.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service that we received from Julie Canales. She was friendly and answered our questions regarding our vehicle that needed maintenance service. The only peeve that I have is the quality of the work that was neglected and it was that service tech forgot to put windshield wiper fluid . This is the SECOND TIME that this has happened since my vehicle has been serviced at the Cerritos location. I will have to schedule another day to come to have it done.
