I understand parts take time to come due to the RoRo. But I had to call on the 6 or 7 day to inquire about my car I called no one call I back even the service manager didn't call back. The communication was bad. Then I get the car back not wash. Not nice

Manny listened to my concerns about my car and what it needed. He also didn’t push for any unnecessary maintenance that my car “allegedly” needed. I appreciate not being hassled to make decisions that I do not feel comfortable making. Manny is an example to workers in the customer service field. This man took care of what I wanted taken care of.
The only problem I had was waiting for 2 hours. This however was not Manny’s fault, nor do I blame him. Again, I appreciate him and the service he provided.

I came in for my first service with clearly mechanically damaged windows (on my 1 day old certified vehicle). After leaving my car for 2 days, all your team did was lubricate the windows. The day after I took my car back, the windows are damaged again. This was after Joeseph had told me the first dealership I took my car to, that refused to service it, had no right to refuse me and that some dealerships refrain from servicing cause they don’t want to deal with it. Well congratulations. You are the exact same. Useless. All your team is good for is going around saying “her brother .., hey brother,..”

I had a scheduled appt. for 9:00 am. The person that checked me in put a cone on my car that said express service 9:20. I sat there waiting while everyone pas by me. This in turn made me late for a vet appt.
Needless to say, I was not happy!????

I left my car overnight to wait for a new key to arrive. I called the next day at 11:30 I was told my service advisor was busy but would call me. At 2:30 I had not heard back so I went to dealership, my car had yet to be started. That was extremely frustrating, my car was a week old and there was no priority to fix my car. My sales rep contacted me and when I told him I wa sitting in the dealership, he ran over for my car fixed and brought it to me. After I was home with my car, I received a text from my service advisor my car was ready for pickup. Had it not been for my sales rep I might never have gotten the work done as promised.
