I previously took my vehicle in to asses some concerns. My Usb port and a rattling noise that's coming from the driver side mirror. It was established that the USB port needs to be replaced and the part had to be ordered. The origin of the rattling wasn't able to be established. I was told to record the noise when I hear it and show Honda when I return the next week when changing the USB. I had a 8:20am appt to change the USB port today and showed 2 videos of the rattling. At 1:30pm I was notified that they were trying to locate the rattling. At 2:30pm I asked what the status of my vehicle was and was told that they weren't able to pin point the rattling and will just go ahead and just change the port. So in 6 hrs the very assignment that the appointment was made for hadn't even been started? I asked why has this taken so long? I was told that the technician had been driving the vehicle to replicate the rattling. It's hard to believe that the technician was driving the vehicle for 5hrs. That's enough time to end up in Las Vegas. I then explained that I work at 4:30pm and it takes an hour to get home during rush hour. I didn't get home until 4:19 pm and didn't arrive to work until 5pm. It isn't unreasonable for me to assume that this procedure wouldn't have taken 7hrs.
