Wait almost a hour to get a service tech. I had a 11:20 appointment. Cars that had a 12:00 and 12:15 where getting check in before me. Only after I talk to two people about this. The first guy had its not my problem attitude. The second guy was very nice. If I don't have a book day I would simply would just went to another dealership. Mind you this is not the first time this has happened. This will probably be my last visit to this store.
