I was never contacted with the progress of my vehicle and no one told me when it was ready. I happened to look out the window and just saw my car parked outside suddenly and the advisor that first helped me was nowhere to be found. I replied to the number that first texted me that said “reply back to this number with any questions” and never got a response back. The advisor who finally helped me was very helpful and nice though, sorry I did not catch his name.

Your service representative was excellent service. He communicated with me gave me the proper paperwork went over it with me. It’s your workers that work in the back. This is the third time that when I take my car to the dealership, they are sloppy dirty and has have damaged my car after they work on it these are the workers that work in the back not your front representatives. I am not happy the last time I should’ve reported it, but I didn’t. They repaired my driver seat, but I guess as they did it, they scratch the panel where you open the door and I did not report it that was on me. The second time they left the trash in the vehicle and today they went to the back of the car And it was a mess. My belongings were all over the place. They were not put back properly how they were.

He called me told me it was going to 2750.00 give or take to fix a sensor that was out and causing the fan to stay on longer than necessary. I okay the repairs. No contact on Friday afternoon. He was not in and I was unable to fet the statue. On Saturday I spoke with him and he told me another sensor was bent upon take out it was going to cost me 5200.00 give or take on top of the other charges. I told him NO! I was not going to authorize it. He then proceeded to tell me I would need to tow my car. I told him unacceptable I drove it in with any issues and I was driving it out. We went back and forth for a few minutes. I told him when I pick up my car I better be able to drive it. It is completely possible that the technician bend the sensor upon removal because he saidbitvwas hard to get out. Nope I'm not happy, then less than five minutes he calls me back and says everything is fine and I was ready to go. WHAT? How's that possible? Are you messy with me because I'm a women or because I'm black or maybe both. I'm not sure I will ever come back for service and I'm definitely not ever buying anything from Norm Reeves Honda.

The team changed my oil and rotated my tires but shortly after, my tire pressure light turned on. I was near a tire shop and had them look at the tires. The dealership failed to reset the tire pressure setting which caused it to turn on.

Javier was super helpful and kind. He made sure to review all potential maintenance vehicle required during this visit. Javier made sure to give proper estimate of wait time and details of whatever the inspection of vehice report was. He was very helpful and offered assistance with battery key fob that needed a replacement battery.
