I wanted to express my disappointment with the service I received recently. Upon inspecting my car after the service, I noticed several thumb tacks were missing from the plastic covers under the hood. Additionally, the interior of my car was left dirty, with fingerprints on the front windshield.
I had to leave work early from Torrance to have my car checked again to ensure nothing else was overlooked and to confirm the job was completed properly. I spoke with Christina, who checked for any missed items. However, after returning home, I discovered that one thumb tack was still missing.
I am quite concerned about the overall quality of the work done and feel compelled to file a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs. I appreciate your attention to this matter and would welcome any guidance on how to resolve these issues.

Your Services Was not Great. I had to go there three seperate occasions Just to get a New battery. On top of that your Service writers are rude when i was simply asking then to check my battery again. It Left me stranded three seperate days.
