I was told that my battery replacement would be done within 1-2 hours due to high activity on that particular day. I was perfectly fine with this, as I understand that busy days lead to jam-packed schedules. However, 3 1/2 hours past with no word from this representative. I had to call the honda services department for them to tell me my car had been finished within an hour. Upon returning to the dealership, this representative took responsibility for calling the wrong number (this was already confusing as both numbers listed were updated, I had gone to the dealership a couple weeks earlier for an oil change with no problems). I asked if I could receive a discount, to which this representative responded unprofessionally. He stated “no, I ain’t giving you no discount.” I calmly accepted this, and asked to talk to his supervisor. To which he changed his attitude once again, glaring at me. Reluctantly, he went over to talk to the supervisor on duty. He returned, stating that they would be removing the service and installation charge. This I was pleased with, however his unprofessionalism in regards to his OWN mistake was not well received and made my experience unpleasant. I hope to avoid this issue and will not be returning to this representative. Thank you.

I took my car there for the CMBS and driver assist error for diagnostic on october 5, 2024. The advisor did not bother calling me or ask if I will authorize cleaning the winshield of the car. Since Its almost 4pm, I went ahead returned back in the dealership and find out that the advisor left already. The other advisor who gave my key back stated I should call Ramiro. per the diagnostic, the winshield was clean near the area of the camera sensor and charge me $169 for diagnostic. The next day, the error message keep on coming back for almost everyday. On 10/18/24, brought back the vehicle again and Thanh charging me for another diagnostic fee. I told Thanh that this appointment is a re inspection and as the first diagnostic did not correct the issues. I should be refunded for the diagnostic fee as your technitian was not able to identify the error and its only the re inspection when they said this time the camera sensing is the issue.

My car still pilulled to the right. Now the advisor said that I need to replace the tie rod to perform the alignment. You should have let me know when you attempt to do alignment while you found out that I need to replace the parts. Very unsatisfactory experience. I just waisted my money.
