I was completely satisfied with the nice customer service that Joseph Vargas gave us. We actually had two cars coming in this week, he is always nice and willing to help us out or whatever our car is meeting., thank you, Joseph for all your hard work and always taking care of our family cars.

My recent service visit took longer than anticipated/ promised, and I believe it would enhance the customer experience if complimentary refreshments were available during the wait. This was my first time visiting for service, and while the complimatary drop-off was not awailable but was offered to a nearby malll. I did not understand the reasoning. I was informed that recall services could only be addressed through an online appointment or phone call, which was stricter than my previous experiences with Honda dealerships.
I noticed a contrast between the high level of attention and courtesy extended when I purchased my vehicle and the less welcoming experience during this visit. It felt as though service expectations might have diminished post-sale, which is a trend I’ve observed at various establishments across the U.S. lately. Improved consistency in customer care throughout the ownership journey would greatly enhance the overall experience.

1. Actual service time is way longer than the estimated time.
2. Dealer did not have parts for two other recalls but stated that customer has respectfully declined to perform factory safety recall.
3. Low tire pressure light came on after I drove out of dealer parking lot. Didn’t they just rotate my tires and check my tire pressure?

Went in for A1/B1 service and the battery on my key fob was low so I asked to change the battery. I was charged $9.00- my husband also needed a battery for his keyfob and went to the Honda Parts store (50 feet away) and was only charged $7.00! I dont understand why the same size battery cost different. Also there was a discrepancy in the service charge of $200 between the quoted price and the price I actually paid. The service advisor eventually resolved the issue but I had to go back the next day so he could process the credit refund on my credit card.

Terrible service I took my car for service because it had a weird noise on the steering wheel. They called me the next day that my vehicle is ready they didn’t let me know or send me a message telling me that the vehicle is waiting for a part to arrive that is in back order, I went and pick up the vehicle And they told me that the vehicle is safe to drive. I trust them and I took the vehicle and drive it. I came back from California and the steering wheel got on me. I couldn’t control the vehicle. Had to exit and turn off the vehicle and turn it back on again for the vehicle to function again Was a terrible decision from them to give me this vehicle back On the vehicle was not fixed took it the next day and they told me that they have the part already when I told them that the vehicle got hard the steering wheel on me they did not provide me a rental vehicle service would not go there anymore improve management and service for your customers Honda is the second vehicle sale in the United States. They should have a better service for their clients. Plasma vehicle is still is making weird noises and they are telling me that they are not finding any type of sound
