Took over 2 hours for an oil change. It was supposed to be an Express Oil Change. Waited too long. What was the use of an appointment?
I may go to Valvoline shop to have my oil change next time.

Aaron was very polite and exlpained services well. Only thing I was not 100% satisfied was the fact that this is the 2nd time I’ve had my car serviced with him? And I never get copies of the vehicle inspection list that shows the status of each check, and where the levels are. Brakes, tires, and etc. I also haven’t been receiving the email or text notification where usually a video shows the tech working on the vehicle and what is being done. All I am receiving is when text when the car is ready. This needs improvement otherwise the service was a 10. Other previous techs this is the service I’ve received previously. When asked for copies I was told the printer didn’t work.
