It’s no wonder that Joseph Vargas is in service team and not the sales or customer service team. He failed to hear and answer one or any of questions. He ignored my questions and shoved them to the side. He was rude through the check in and horrific during check out. He made never want to use Honda service again. He failed to understand that we as customers go to him with questions and seek advice. Instead of answering he shoved those questions to the side and ignore my questions. Horrible customer service. He needs training and needs to be trained on what customer service looks like. Extremely disappointed. Honda you should do better for your customers.

I’m disappointed because driving back to work, the clunk noise was still there. I will be back for service on Monday morning. I would appreciate a shop foreman to drive with me off the facility so I can point out exactly time noise happens.
