Michael was great! However, I got some maintenance on brakes and it’s been sounding really loud when I come to a stop almost like a grinding from the rotors. I haven’t had a chance to go back because of work so that’s my only concern so far but overall it’s good.

I was told I’d receive a call with updated information regarding my alarm issue and still have not received that call. In addition, the issues I have had with my alarm have been ongoing, and even after taking my car in to fix on a handful of occasions, I still have the same issues. Every time they claim it’s “fixed” but then the same issues keep happening.
