Jonathan was super helpful with my service. He is quick and attentive. I did not have a ride for the day after work and he was able to provide me with a loaner until my car was completed. He is super knowledgeable and responsive. Great service!!

Fast n efficient

I scheduled my service to be done on a Saturday morning. Dropped my car off with no problem everything went smooth in the morning. I got a call maybe around 3 PM stating that my car wouldn’t be ready till Monday for someone that is a single mom and needs to get around. I needed to have my car so I kindly ask the representative if I can pick up my car and drop my car back off on Monday morning so it could get done and the representative told me no I then hang up I’m literally trying to figure out how I’m about to get around with my kids Saturday and Sunday and Monday go to work then I call back and I asked for a loaner car and he tells me that there is no loaner car available so then I hang up and then he calls me back and then he tells me that he was able to get one for me. I just feel like it was so unorganized and I wish I would’ve known that it was going to be a busy Saturday where I wouldn’t have taken my car in to begin with or you guys shouldn’t have accommodated so many people if the service techs are not able to handle the amount of people you guys are putting on their schedule. however, when I went to pick up my car from another representative, typically I get told what else my car needs and if I needed something else or if I was concerned about something yet, none of that was explained or it was just here this is a total amount pay for it and that was it. I got my keys and left. I felt like this was a horrible experience.

Ruben was super nice and knowledgeable. Listened to me about other issues I had. I really appreciated that he was able to service my tire since it had a nail in it. Thanks for being there for me. Karin Roop
