Normally the service there is excellent. This time however it was not. I asked my tech to let me know ahead of time if my vehicle was going to stay over night as I was taking an uber at 4 to pick it up. It was 330 and I still had not heard from the tech. I called and the lady I spoke to said my car was ready. I paid $35 for an uber and at 415 I get a call from the tech saying my car had to stay overnight. Not only did I leave work early I spent $35 to uber which could have been avoided if the tech called me ahead of time and you trained your employees to provide accurate information. Thank you

He was very helpful and even went to the back to check with a technician to see if they will be able to service plus do my recall before a certain time because I would need my car to pick up my kids. If it weren’t for him going back there I would’ve just did my oil change and had to do the recall on a different day. The car was even done way before I even expected it and when I got there my 4 year old son was thirsty for water. Joseph gave him a water bottle without me having to ask. I don’t normally do these surveys but he was a good guy so he deserves to be notice / awarded or given a raise. Whatever these surveys are for.
