Aaeon took care of the basic issue that brought me in and slotted me into the fuel pump recall to boot. And after the mechanical team forgot to fix the original issue ( a smash guard that was loose) he quickly got it fixed when I came to pick up the car.

I wish you can go over my cost and see if you will spend the same amount. eg. Rubber Blade need to only left side ($137.58). It says that right engine mount is broken and leaking (mount never have fluid) it is made of rubber and metal. I appreciate if you can go over other costs and are all three times more. I am an average earner and I work hard, I don’t have any extra savings. For last four years I have been coming to your dealership and next time I will never be there. It’s just ripped off ????

Ruben gave good service, he was friendly and clear. I was just surprised it took 3.5hours for the maintenance to complete with an appointment. This is one of the reasons I don’t come to Honda for service/oil change all the time.

I made a 8 am appointment. The ETA for the car to be ready was 12:30 pm. It was supposed to be a 4 hour service so I had my husband pick me up and dropped me off at 12:15 pm. I looked for Oscar at 12:30 but was told by a lady my car got a late start and would not be ready until 2:30 pm. I did not get any call or text that it was delayed I had to wait 2 more hours. I could have done more errands in 2 hours. A delay update would have been appreciated

Joseph was very nice and welcoming in handling my service questions and concerns. 10/10 As for who ever is in charge of parts department I can’t say the same. Initially i went in for a new screen display which the customer service representative told me it would be delivered Wednesday January 15 2025, I set and appointment for a new display and car maintenance. Mid appointment I was notified the screen display wasn’t available. I have been having issues with my display and was promised a new display since September 2024. It has been delayed 3 times since. It’s extremely inconvenient and frustrating having to go back and fourth trying to get this done.
