All was done quickly and efficiently.
My 2023 Odyssey is on a 3 year lease.
I thought it had free basic service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) for the entire lease.
So I was disappointed to find out that free basic service was only for the first two years. We drive such limited miles (after 28 months we have only 9,000+ miles) this was only our 2nd service. We ended up paying $259.
Overall, we love our Honda and have driven Hondas most of our life.

When I made an appointment the person tells it would take an hour for oil change so when I got there the service advisor tells me it would take 2 hours after 2 hours passed then I asked service advisor if the car was ready but he tells me it would take another hour but after an hour 15min later finally the car was ready. After receiving I checked if they reset the meter but they did not even bother to change it. To be honest it was bad experience take car there for simple oil change.
