The last couple at times at Honda service center have been terrible. I made an appointment for 1pm and got out at 4:15 after calling and then walking up to my service provider. Turns out my car was sitting in the lot and no one knew. I was told 2 and a half hours and it ended up taking 3hrs and 45 minutes. Come in Honda, do better. I went in for a Honda care standard oil change. I was talking to someone about trading in my Honda for a new Honda but if service doesn’t improve I will be going elsewhere for my next car.

I am satisfied with the service and have been a customer for years and years. I was so sad to hear I need to have $3,000 more work done. I had the 7 year work done about 7 months ago and that was costly. It is scary to get in the car and worry about safety even though I was told it didn’t have to be done right away.
