I have been coming to Honda Cerritos to get my car serviced for a while and I have never had an issue. This past time I had an issue with the service rep Aaron. Previous reps always notified me when my vehicle was ready and done to pick up via text. The service for an oil change normally is done quickly. This time I arrived around 11:45am and the car was not done until 3pm. I arrived at the dealership at 2pm since I was at the Cerritos mall. What made upset was the lack of communication from the rep, especially since I had my newborn with me. My vehicle was parked in the lot when I got back at 2pm. I got a message at 2:13pm just letting me know about the vehicles multipoint inspection. I never received a message indicating that car was ready from the rep Aaron, I sat there and waited thinking the car was not ready yet. I went to ask another rep around 3:05pm to see if I can get a status on the vehicle. I even called customer service "service" to get a status and they couldn't reach Aaron. When I walked up to his desk he was on his phone. When he saw me just asked what I needed. I told him im here for pick up. I didn't bother speaking to a manager or supervisor because I was upset at the lack of communication from him. I have never had an issue here before. He could have done a better job at communicating with me. Others sales rep always alert me when the car is ready. This was very upsetting especially when going with a child. It has never taken almost 4 hours just for an oil change, more upsetting when I see my vehicle parked there since 2pm and I got not message that it was ready until I HAD to go ask for it.

When arriving to the center they told me they didnt have part for the recall i was going for. So after the gentleman gave me options of coming back another day or leaving my car in hopes the parts would arrive. I was upset and frustated in not knowing if i was going to have a car. So when i left he said they offer shuttle services not uber i was more mad.. downey honda offers pick up and drop off. I spent $44 to take my car on a recall that wasnt even my fault . And when i picked up my car the gentleman was rude and just told me my car was in the parking lot not even bothering to show me where
