Jonathan Romero was incredible. I have my own Honda mechanic that I normally utilize. However, Jonathan’s expertise and follow up was the reason why I chose Norm Reeves Honda to get my transmission replaced. I paid more going to Norm Reeves instead of my personal mechanic.. but it was worth it because of Jonathan.

It was recommended that I replace my left rear shock, I agreed but the park was not in stock, after picking up my car my left rear tire had a PSI of 12, all other tires had a PSI of 34. The staff at Honda purposely deflated my tire so I would return to the dealer to have my shock replaced. You fuckers tried to rip me off.

My service was very nice good and done in a timely manner. The only thing I did not like was when I went to pick up my car I was handed my key and was told my car was over in a parking lot and I could go get it myself. I am 78 years old and handicap and I thought it would’ve been nice if they could’ve pulled the car up for me to pick up.

I was told Change of transmission is recommended every 3 years, but my son and a mechanic told me it wasn’t necessary because my 4 year old car only has 11,000 miles on it. I’m disappointed.

I was not helped at all as the repairs were not made because they were determined to not have been covered by warranty which is ridiculous given I purchased the car six weeks ago. In addition I was charged a $189 diagnostic fee which is robbery. Would like to know I can file a complaint and request a refund from Honda Corporate.
