I’ve being waiting on the parts of the gear box for 25 crv. They assured me everything was fine and gave me an appointment to find out they did not have the parts. What a waste of time of my time because they kept my car for 4 hours and the recall was never done.

The Team Leader Adviser, Anthony Ortiz fail to take responsibility for the damage that was caused to the odometer while replacing the starter. I informed Mr. Ortiz that odometer had been damaged, however Mr. Ortiz denied that the odometer had been damaged and was rude in the way that he responded. Mr. Ortiz then responded to me, “we’re done here and you can take it up with Kevin Harris.” A diagnostic test was performed on my car and Mr. Ortiz reported that a multitude of problems were found with the car, however, I did not receive a print out of the multitude of problems that were found with the car. I am very dissatisfied with the service and I have no intention to return back to this dealer for future service. I expect that the Norms Reeves Honda dealer take responsibility and repair the damage that was caused to my car. It’s not right that I had to wait an extra day to get my car repaired even after I spoke to a service adviser, Ramiro Montes as well as the supervisor, Cristina Ortega.

I show up the 1st he never open the hood. And he said I need the head oil gasket and bla bla bal. I2nd when finish my car he said is leking. And. He didn’t know from where and he want me to. Charge just to check to me is like. Take advantage from customer. I don’t like people like this. Sorry is my 1st. Experiences in this Honda dealer. !!! He found a lot issues before the mechanic check my car. I think he wants me ripoff

I hadxan appointment for 11:20 and still waited 3 hours to get an oil change. Also, based on available info, 2015 CRV does not have a timing belt but instead a timing chain that should last the life of the engine. Why are advisors repeatedly recommending this very expensive service when info indicates it's not warranted?
