The advisor did not fully explain my concern after the services were done. Did not provide the information I have asked and didnt contact me back regarding my concerned from the recent visit.
For recall issue, he did not give me the paper as a proof of the recall was done in case DMV asks when I renew the registration, when I asked he gave me but when I got home, the paper was missing the date, I was like “really?”.
I feel like you guys were too busy and proud of being number one honda dealer in the US, I came from far away because I have heard of the good service but I was turned down. Never come back again.

My car has been there a week. I was told all checked out with no issues. Immediately pulled out of the driveway to find not just the same issue, but worse! I’m very disappointed with my car and very disappointed with Honda Cerritos service. My car is still there because it’s NOT drivable. It’s unsafe and nobody cares about my safety if service provided. Phone calls are a joke! Return service to get answers in my car are horrible! Very very disappointed. I’m sure I’ll never hear back regarding g this service input either. I have no trust on Honda cars or the services provided.

My car had to be towed to Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos due to not being able to start. I was met by Robert Gonzalez, he coordinated with the service team to diagnose that my starter was bad. He offered me a shuttle to Cerritos Mall. He kept me informed when my vehicle would be ready. He called when service was completed, and answered all my concerns and made the checkout experience easy.
