Not sure if the Holidays are to blame but this was my first uneven experience with your service dept. I took my car in for an oil change and my service rep said they could also take care of an open recall item as well. Great! He also recommended rotating the tires, changing the brake fluid and a tire alignment. I declined, being retired, hoping to save a bit of money with my own mechanic whom I’ve been with for 15 years. After your service call I took the car directly to my mechanic and they quoted a price not too different than yours. Props to you. They did say that while checking tire pressure they noticed one was low and that they had to remove a nail. It could have been picked up after I left your shop but again I went directly to my mechanic without stopping This was somewhat disconcerting since my daughter was going to drive the next day to San Diego. I would have probably assumed that it was an honest mistake or that the nail was picked up after I left you shop if it wasn’t for what they also found - that the rear shocks were leaking fluid. They said that they could fix it but that it was ok for the San Diego trip and that I should have the repair/replace done under the car’s warranty I called Andrew 3 times on Friday to discuss and again this morning but I have yet to hear from any of your staff Again I hope this was just because of everyone being busy for the holidays and not anything more, but, in my opinion, could have raised safety issues with the car if not caught by my mechanic

I made an appointment for my car at 10:30 am and arrived on time. I was told that it would be a minimum of 2hours. My car was not ready until 3:25 pm- just about 5 hours and it was tagged as an express order. That is not exactly express. Then I was told that I had to pick up the car by 5:15pm but you did not close until 6pm. I was told it too so long because there were more people — this makes no sense because you make appts and can turn away people who show up without an appointment.

The customer service is great and my van was attended to 100%. The only hesitation is the ETA I was given of when my car was to be done. I think folks should be told ahead of time that it will take over 3hrs to plan better. Other than that, all is great.
