I had a scheduled appointment to attend and due to the crazy amount of waiting for my car to be ready. I missed my important appointment. It is suggested to remind customers that during the holiday season the wait time is double or triple than normal business days. Worst experience of my life.

There’s no perk of being with Honda anymore no compassion no respect no car wash nothing worth saying Honda is the best I have had Hondas and truly love the cars but the service is beyond horrible they all have no compassion you go and trust them I know for a fact the didn’t rotate my wife’s or my fires last time and before they would point out what they did and show you what they worked on now it’s pay and leave today they did I recall on my tailgate harness and I don’t even know what they did or showed what they fixed and waited 8am -till 2pm no shuttle service I actually hate it there and wanna look into a different car company Toyota or Lexus.

Leo did a great job! He deserves a five star! He was able to complete the oil change services earlier, so I had no problem going to my next appointment. Im dissatisfied about waiting for a specialist to help me , especially I made an appointment already. I waited for 20 minutes to have someone serving me. I’m seeing other people receives services even though they came in later than me.

Very satisfied with both your sales and service team. If I were not, I would not make the 60 plus mile journey from my home in Lake Elsinore. There are many dealers closer to me. Horrible experience. I went back for an error that was made when I took my vehicle in for oil change in October. The bottom piece was not secured correctly and I could not take it back in then forgot about it. Yes I will take fault for that. I then was driving and heard a noise it was that part it had fallen even more. I called in scheduled an appt for them to look at it. My appt was at 12:20. I was told it would be 2-1/2 hours. I came back 3 hours later and was told they are backed up and they had not looked at it yet. I was told it would be another hour. I then went back after an hour and still nothing. The guy then came and said it would not be covered and would cost almost $300. He was nice and I know it wasn’t his fault but after 4 hours this is what I’m being told and they would still need time to fix it. To me this was unacceptable the fact I made an appt but didn’t even get service is ridiculous. I evened up Leaving with nothing done and dread going back. I have a lease and thought about after getting another Honda but now i am honestly so annoyed I will not be getting another Honda.

Was told my service would be 2 hr and 30 min, ended up waiting 4 hours and 30 min. I didn’t receive a text my car was ready, good thing I was keeping an eye on the cars outside and noticed my car was done. It was outside for about 30 min until they parked it and that’s when I decided to ask about my car. Aaron didn’t text or call me, I had to go up to him and ask if my car was ready since they had already parked it. I usually go to the downtown LA service center and there they break down everything about my car before I leave, they did not do that here so I’m hoping everything was done to my car. I was very disappointed in the service, I understand it was a Saturday and it was busy, but they were not very attentive and I had to take initiative if not who knows how long I would of been waiting to get a text or call that my vehicle was ready. I received the text when I was already home, about an hour later.

I had to wait 3 hours for a oil change… then when I went to the desk to ask a question the man act like he didn’t wanna help me because he wasn’t the one who checked me in , Never seen the man that checked me in again then I seen my car was done no text message came through so I went back to the desk they asked for my paper then someone handed me my keys as I’m pulling out some guy knocked on my window and asked was that my car wtf everyone just standing around playing instead of taking care of business… I hate coming to that place always a long **** wait

I arrived around 3:10-3:15pm they put number on my vehicle but the adviser didn’t get to me until after 4pm after I complained to the manager. I see the advisor just watching the score on the sports network their watching, the others are watching youtube on their phone and most of them are socializing.
