was charged with parts and labor to replace the starter and also charged me with 189.00 for finding out whats wrong with it, total labor was as much as what the starter cost, didnt think the 189.00 was fair.

I went in for an oil change and had a very poor experience. From beginning to end, there was no sense of care or helpfulness at all. Inattentive and unresponsive in all matters. Very matter of fact and get the job done and over with kind of attitude. I was never updated about my service and the complimentary multi-point inspection was either never done or updated to me. Usually, at other dealerships, I’ve gotten text and/or emails with the full inspection results and the service advisors would go over them with me. However, I was never updated and actually, to this day, do not even know if it was ever done. Overall, a very negative experience and if I ever come back here, I will definitely be asking for any advisor besides Michael Barr.

I called ahead and make an appointment for 9:40 and was told by the service desk that the total service would take about an hour and a half. I arrived at 9:30 and waited 30 minutes just to be checked in. From there, we ended up waiting nearly 7 hours in total.
As a single mother, I spent my entire day off. Our phones even died while waiting, which added to the frustration. It felt like we weren’t priority because we were not paying for the service.
The experience has been exhausting, and this is just one of many issues I’ve had with this car and it’s barely over 50k. It’s seriously maybe think twice about buying another Honda.
