It was my first time getting my car serviced at Honda Cerritos and I was satisfied with working with Robert. He answered all of my questions and gave me the time to make my decisions about my car. I will definitely go back to get my car maintained there and will request for Robert again.

I went in for routine maintenance and for system update on vehicle. The agent Julie Canales was very polite and helpful but the technician working on my vehicle didn't complete services on my vehicle. I went in 2 times to fix issues and my vehicle still says it needs a system update. I also agreed to an alignment because I was told it was needed and now my vehicle has a strange vibration when I drive. I also asked them to re-inspect the alignment and they said they made adjustments, I don't think anything was done it has the same vibration. I wasted money and a lot of time. I probably won't come back to this dealership.

When I called to make the appointment, I asked the lady on the phone if I would have to pay anything when I take my car for you guys to look at it. She said no, I would only get charged if they were to work on my car. I took it in, and the tech told me what the problem was even though zi already told him what the problem was to begin with. I took it in to see if you guys could fix it, not to tell me what I already knew. I was charged $190 for them to not fix the issue but only to tell me what the problem was, which I already knew and told the tech. If the lady on the phone hadnt lied to me, I wouldnt even have bothered taking my car it.

Anthony is always respectful, polite and professional. He may have diagnosed an intermittent electrical problem I've been dealing with for several years. Time will tell. When he is my service advisor, I know I'm in good hands. He's truly a great representative and asset for Norm Reeves Honda.
