I was very disappointed with my visit today, i usually have great services with the advisor being on it . But today my appointment was at 7:30am I was told it would take 2 hours which is fine , around 9 I did receive the text that my vehicle was ready but my advisor did not inform me by coming into the lounge or anything to get my keys or the paperwork. Which I have had before and was expecting on this visit again. So I was left sitting around in the lounge for an additional 2 hours leaving at 11am . It was not till later when I asked another advisor for assistance and was told to find my original to assist me . So I had to go up later to Mr.Perez and when I went up to him he acted like I should’ve gone to him and asked for it while it was sitting infront for hours . I was just displeased with my visit overall

I checked in for the rear view camera recall with George Raygoza at 9:45am. My Ridgeline was returned to me at 3:15pm. People kept coming and leaving, while my vehicle was parked behind the service department, being ignored. Mr. Raygoza did nothing to help me. Totally unacceptable!
