Anthony was great the service took a lot longer than I expected. I had an appointment and I was almost there about 2 hrs. The tech reported my air filter was dirty and never bothered checking it. Makes me wonder what else they didn’t do.

The guy who had me pay was rude. I asked him about my receipt, he said it’s on the form you signed wh n you dropped it off. If you have questions, he said Robert is at lunch. I’m appalled by the manner in which I was treated
I felt like it was too much to ask for. $277.73 is a bit much for brake fluid and oil change. We still want a detailed receipt, not this generic printout you give to customers/ NOT HAPPY

-Anthony Ortiz was thorough
-Inform me approximate time to diagnosis problems to correct would take about 1-1 1/2hours.
-Returned in estimate time with all problems needed to be fix.
-Informed me things needing fix now and the cost; then things needing to be fixed in near future and cost.
-once give permission to fix everything, Anthony then give full price including tax
- I was informed correction would take approximately 3days.
-I then ask for shuttle home he left and turned informing me that I’ll have a curtesy vehicle which was much appreciated.
-Corrections were completed in less time, I was called when vehicle completed in less time for pickup.

As someone who suffers from severe anxiety, I always dread taking my car in for service. I'm usually a nervous person, so I try to prepare myself for the interaction. During my recent visit, Miguel was very helpful at check-in, which I appreciated. However, my experience at pick-up was disappointing.
Miguel had already left for the day (which I understand), and I arrived about an hour after the text notification. When I arrived, I asked if anyone could assist me, since my advisor was no longer available. I spoke to a gentleman sitting behind Miguel's desk who told me it would be "two minutes"—which I thought was reasonable. However, I ended up standing there pacing for about 20-30 minutes with no one directing me or offering assistance.
Eventually, the gentleman who had been sitting next to Miguel helped me—but his tone was rude and dismissive. He told me I could have asked anyone else, but the person I had spoken to originally was busy and never got back to me. He also pointed to other employees in the back, who were talking amongst themselves, suggesting I could have approached them but they seemed as if they were off or were mechanics. I honestly had no idea who to ask, especially since I had never picked up my car late and usually bring someone with me to guide me.
What frustrated me even more was that the gentleman saw me standing there for a while but never offered to redirect me to someone who could help. I understand people get busy, but if I were in his position, I would have taken a minute to help someone who seemed confused, especially when I knew they'd been waiting.
I know venting and writing complaints doesn’t always lead to change, but I felt compelled to share my experience. As someone who works with people, I believe a little more thoughtfulness and empathy could go a long way. I struggle with these interactions, and this one only made me dread the next visit even more.
