The entire service department needs an overhaul. However. I truly believe that you are too big to care and of course too big to fail. Hence, I will not visit norm reeves for service again. As I shared my horrific experience , it seems that others have had similar experiences. These testimonies validate that a store that is too big to fail is too big to care.

Joseph’s customer service was excellent, as always. I truly appreciate the representatives’ kindness and thoroughness. However, today’s experience was somewhat disappointing due to an excessive wait time, which almost interfered with an urgent appointment. I was promised my car by 12:30 pm but didn’t receive it until 3:25 pm, despite dropping it off at 10:30 am. I understand this delay was beyond the representative’s control, but it felt unusually long. In the future, timely updates would be appreciated if the promised time cannot be met. Thank you!

I found Michael Barr treated me very professionally and was very patient and provided a review of what was recommended and what I agreed to. He kept me up-to-date and the cost that came was precisely what was quoted at the start. I was very satisfied, although the cost Was really steep and I guess you can’t get away from that as an elderly single person it would be nice if the costs weren’t so steep.

I called for a service appointment. The service adviser I talked on the phone scheduled me for Monday Nov 25 at 9:40 AM. She said the work would probably take 1-1/2 Hours to and I should be out there by 11:30 AM sounds plain & simple. I arrived at service Dept. around 9:30 AM then I got helped by 9:38 AM then Mike told me service is too busy today and I won’t be out until 12:30 PM, I decided to say yes, I’ll wait . Then a few minutes later, Mike came back to me that it will now be 2:00 PM , looks like service is overbooked. Since I’m already there & No one to pick me up, decided to go ahead & wait. Then by 2PM , I asked Mike about the status, he told me that there is still another car ahead of me. More likely, I should be out now by 3:30 PM. What else can I do ? I’m already there, my whole day is wasted. I finally manage to get out by 3:45 PM. My question is what’s the use of having a 9:40 AM appointment, if your service will start working on my car by 2:40 PM ? My recommendation, if you Overbooked, you should provide Shuttle for your Customer to be able to go home, instead of waiting in there for 5 Hours.
