$189 and the explanation was navigation was not supported.

Was disappointed that despite having an appt, it took nearly 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No updates an ETA to help manage expectations. I understand delays and issues happen, but it would be helpful if there were updates. I called and texted a few times. Also walked around and located 2 other people at different times to get an ETA as I was not getting a response from Richard. I was told he was at lunch the first time, then just not around the next 2 times. Approaching 3 hours, I walked around the service parking lot and found my car. I went back and located another person so I could pay and go home - they also did not know where Richard was. That person checked me out and gave me the key.
I ran another errand and got home about 35 minutes later … and then got a text (supposedly from Richard? Or it could have been automated?) saying that my car would be ready in about 30-40 minutes!
Very disappointing on several levels.

I bring plenty of stuff to do, so I'm patient, but would have been nice if I could have been cleared off even when my assigned service rep was on lunch. Apparently I had to sit there around an extra 1 hour for no reason. :(

I commented to the young lady that assisted me about the center caps on my rims were installed wrong, and for this reason all but one fell off. I bought one to see for myself why this was happening. The center cap I installed was nice and tight not like the ones your staff put on
