I was very frustrated in my last experience there. The service dept called me and said my second car key was in and had me schedule an appt to get it programmed. I made special arrangements for childcare to come to the appointment. I was sitting in the lobby for almost an hour when they called me on the phone and said they do not have my key and I’d have to come back. Confused, I asked them to double check as they had called and said it was in. I also asked him to find me in person after he double checked what happened to the key and instead received a phone call even though I was there. I waited for awhile to speak to someone but everyone was busy so I finally left. I was told I would get a call back the next morning with more info on when the key would arrive which I never received. Instead I had to follow up on it a few days later and it still isn’t here I spent over two hours (waiting there plus driving there) and accomplished nothing. I am disappointed with the entire experience and still have to take a lot of time to actually get it done. Please call me at ****-****-xxxx. Thanks

I only came to the dealer bc my mechanic retired and I haven’t found a new one. Your appointment system does nothing for the customer, it’s absurd that the customer cannot speak directly to the mechanic and lastly, the issue is not resolved. Your service is not thorough. You troubleshoot by replacing parts until, hopefully the issue goes away or the customer goes elsewhere. It seems your mechanics are trained but not experienced. You have a list of things to do at certain mileage points and that’s what you work from. That’s dumb. Won’t be back.
