Francisco updated me promptly about my car and was very courteous and professional and when I called about additional services on my car, the person I spoke to took my concern seriously and insured it got to the right person and the service was completed. Denise was lovely and responded to my text messages and didn’t make me feel like I was asking too many questions, I didn’t get a response to the last text message I sent about adding an additional service that was recommended but not urgent. However, life happens and people are busy and I’m sure she’ll get back to me tomorrow. Answered my questions and was really professional.
You all have a really great team and I definitely will be using your facility rather than the Pacific beach one in the future.
