Luis was way better than my last experience at Norm Reeves.. Luis gave me the respect and the courtesy that I need when giving my new truck for service.. he made me feel comfortable and confident that the service required was going to be done in a timely matter.. I hope he stays as I will like him to be my service manager..thank you soo much, Norm Reeves, for such a great hire..

I was advised my front tire and back tire on the passenger side needs to be changed in line with the service report. When I got the car back, both front tires were changed. I called and left several messages yesterday and never heard back. This morning, I received a brief text message saying 'yes, 2 tires were changed'. That is not what I asked to confirm. I wanted to know if the mechanic changed correct tires and it is safe for me to drive. Very unsatisfied with the sevice.
