Robert Farr was okay, but P.R.s is not a priority for Norm Reeves. If it had been, in order to get my future business, you would have affixed the front license plate frame free of charge instead of charging me $80 to drill two damn holes. Just because the car was purchased in NM, if it were my business, I’d welcome you in with a courtesy front license plate frame attachment, just as iI’m sure you do with those that purchase a new car from you. Although yours is the closest Toyota dealer to my home, I’ll drive farther for better service.

You don’t provide a written estimate. Some of your prices are a joke you quoted me a price 1266.32 for replacing air sensor for the wheel which is $800 more the $400 est some where else. Same with fuel sending unit.
I alway like taking my FJ to the dealer but think that’s going to change.
