Service advisor Richard Pomplun said my oil change shouldn't take more than 1 hour and a half. My two toddlers and I have been waiting at the dealership for 3 hours. They did not take my concerns seriously. He did not inform me of any replies that needed to be done. Richard did not go over the customer copy to explain anything. I had to ask questions I had to ask if we received a copy of the inspection sheet. They did not inform me of the repairs that needed to be done. The lack of urgency, customer satisfaction, and respect were not followed. You would want the customer to feel they are in good hands and taken care of properly. Also, when I asked about military discounts, he ignored my question. My experience with Richard was the worst experience at this dealership or any dealership I've been to.
