I was in and out which is ALWAYS GREAT!

Service is good, except the flooring in the driver’s side is dirty. They did not put a floor liner and I have to vacuum it.

Happy with service work performed on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. However I would appreciate the service writer would follow up with me on status of service work & personally advise in person when vehicle service is completed. I sat a few feet from service desk and never was advised work was completed. I received a text, but customer service is most important when communication is present. In person is most important! Shows your interest to provide great customer service care. Not just a text especially when I'm merely a few feet from service desk. Happy with dealership in general.

I was never updated about my truck being kept until Monday. I was told I’d be able to pick it up Saturday at 4.

The problem has not yet been fixed. The technicians have worked on the issue (a rattling liftgate) three times and the noise keeps returning. I am certain that I will need to bring the vehicle in again.

Got the vehicle done when they said it would be done. Appreciate that thanks.

Maintenance light was not reset. Took care of that myself. Other than that it was flawless visit.

I don’t think he knows anything about toyota cars because other than normal inspection, I ask to get my back windshield check because there’s bubbles forming and it’s a manufactured defect. he told me that it’s not from toyota that it’s put in after market and he didn’t believe me when I told him it’s brand new when I got it. He even ask me how many miles was it when I got it because he doesn’t believe me that I got it brand new I told him I got it Lease from Kearny Mesa and purchase it after my lease was up then he told me to contact Kearny Mesa Toyota because there probably the one who put it in(tint) even after I showed him a picture of a car that have tint in your parking lot that’s for sale he still said that it’s not the same tint. So he was calling me a liar a different ways of saying it. I got my leasedTacoma in your location so when I was ready to purchase my lease Camry I decided to come back and I purchased so much extra services because I was promised of so much nice services but when I was trying to used the services I was promised they don’t exist and I can’t cancel anymore because it’s a part of services that chemicals is being used (repel) I will never recommend your location to any one that I know and I will never consider your location also because before I made my appointment someone from Management called me because I left him a message and he told me he will look in to my complaint and call me back and never happened. Your company is not to be trusted because employees are not following through there promises and jobs responsibility. I’m very disappointed and saddened with your location.
