Denise did a wonderful job and look forward to using her as our service advisor in the future. However disappointed in the Paint shop personnel. My son called to schedule getting his Paint correction completed. We were told when my son bought the truck that the Paint shop would co tact us in 2 to 3 weeks to schedule that eas in May. He tried calling and the person that answered the phone stated that we would have to come in and talk to the sales rep and have him walk us over there to the paint shop to schedule ,not happy about that.otherwise service was really good.thanks

I have been a Toyota customer since 2015 and I can honestly say that my new service rep, Simona, is the absolute best. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years and she really goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is informed and has great knowledge of the services for my 2024 Hybrid Camry!!! Please let her know how much I appreciated her making sure the service guys took a second look at my tire that both Toyota and Evans tire said nothing was wrong with. After she asked for a 2nd look, they found a slow leak and repaired it. I drive form SANTEE to Coronado everyday and had a blow out a few months back and have been very worried that the tire would blow out since I have had to add air once a week!! Please let her know that she is much appreciated!!
