Your staff does not inspire trust and confidence.
When asked to take a look at pinpointing a raffling noise under the hood, the rep informed me that staff could perform the visual inspection, but were not qualified to resolve any issues. While I can partially understand a seasoned mechanic may be needed to solve hard issues, how can anyone perform a “world class inspection” with minimal skill?
Also, when checking out, I learned the tires were not rotated. The rep informed me that I replied “no” when asked for this service. The fact is she only ever asked me about an oil change, which I did say “yes” to and she never asked me about rotating the tires. Now, I should have asked for this service or clarified if it were included. However, her approach to shift the blame to me was disingenuous at best. Had she simply stated it wasn’t included that would’ve been the end of the conversation.
Bottom line - I’m not trilled with the “customer experience.”

Denise was very helpful and accommodating. Since my car hitch installation was going to take so long, she arranged to get me a Rent-A-Car. It was a rather long wait at Enterprise, but after I got the car, everything went smoothly. My car was ready the next day And Denise let me know first thing in the morning. Thank you so much!
