I never approved the oil change. We were under the impression that oil changes were free for the first two years. My son brought the car in to get the recall done and was told that if he had to pay for it, I would have to approve it first, and I never got a text message About what you did or any of the details which we normally do super disappointed. Not acceptable.

I took my Land Cruiser to get an alignment but tires look the same as when I went in the look towed in or cambered in I didn’t receive an alignment paper showing before and after I’m taking my vehicle to a different alignment company to see if they can align it I would like a refund.
