Unfortunately I was told I needed to replace multiple tires because it was at level 3 tread. I came back and had a technician show me and they were all around 5. A kind lady told me I would be okay and that replacement wasn’t needed. It felt like I was being taken advantage of and my dad was very upset. He recommended over 2,000$ worth of service to me. Just felt unecessary!

It took the intake team approximately 50 minutes to process my vehicle in the morning. I arrived at 8:20 AM, but the individual responsible for collecting my information and signatures for drop-off was unresponsive to my inquiries about the timeline. While I understand the high volume of vehicles during peak hours and the time it takes to handle them, I noticed that several vehicles that arrived after me were processed before mine. Despite reminding the agent that I had been waiting for a while, they ignored me and continued assisting other customers, even after I stepped out of my vehicle to follow up. As a loyal Lexus and Toyota customer for over a decade, this was by far the most disappointing interaction I have ever experienced.

Toyota parts are good but way overpriced.Toyota troubleshooting procedures don’t always give the best result for the customer .It favors the dealership by adding up labor hours and part swapping rather than pure troubleshooting based on common problems,experience and familiarity with vehicles.In my case a $1300 assembly was swapped out when the fix was simply a ribbon cable connection.A problem so common there are numerous tutorials online and companies that do the fix for $129.I could have fixed it myself but I have a condition called essential tremors which doesn’t allow me to perform such a task.I am going to come in Monday and speak see the Service Manager about this issue.
